ATO Dubai, in conjunction with the State Regional Trade Groups (SRTGs), held a “USA Kitchen Pavilion” at Gulfood 2007 from February 19-22 at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC). Total number of U.S. participants for the USA Kitchen Pavilion was 22.

Chef Roy Lyons from the State of Louisiana conducted daily live cooking demonstrations promoting different cuisines relevant to each region.
